We do all that we can to ensure that the product information we provide is as accurate as possible. Please note that colours of products shown on the site may vary from the products themselves as colour on-line will vary when seen on different computer screens.

Regarding Horsham deliveries: You will receive an email stating what day and time your order will be delivered – if you are not there to receive the delivery, your order will be brought back to our office, you will then need to collect from us. This will incur the £4.25 delivery charge, which will need to be paid at time of collection.

Cancellation
If you change your mind about an order please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of order.

Returns/Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange any items, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of order.

All items need to be returned as new, with original packaging and labels – not worn, or marked in anyway.

Sale Items
Items purchased at a sale/discounted rate are non returnable.

Please note: We can not take orders at the door, all orders need to be placed prior to collection.

We are also unable to take any orders, via social media etc, without payment. Payment must be received at time of order on ALL orders.

We reserve the right to refuse to serve any customer who is rude or abusive towards any members of staff.

ALL GOODS REMAIN THE SOLE PROPERTY OF TAYLOR MADE UNIFORMS LIMITED UNTIL REMITTANCE IS PAID IN FULL.
