Parents Information – How to Order
If your child is starting school for the first time in September, we are here to help you with purchasing your uniform in the most stress free way!
We offer a free private half hour fittings if you are unsure of sizes. To arrange this, just call either of the above numbers to arrange a fitting appointment.
We always fit your child in bigger sizes, so that it will last them the year. So if your child is currently wearing a size 3/4 then we would fit them in size 5/6.
Sweatshirts and Cardigans DO NOT COME in size 4/5 – this is why there is no 4/5 option on the website. If your child is currently wearing a 3/4 or 4/5 – then you will need the 5/6 as we want the uniform to last as long as possible, as we find that after Christmas your child will have grown.
When ordering Jogging Bottoms, we advise to always go down a size as they come up very generous.
You can also order over the phone** or online. If you currently have a child at school outside of Horsham, then we deliver free of charge to the school every Friday (in term time) and your order will be sent home with your child on Friday afternoon.
We also advise parents not to leave getting their uniform past the second week of August as we cannot guarantee stock past this date.
You are always welcome to call us, if you are unsure of what size or what to purchase, we are here to help. We want to help you make the transition to their new school as easy as possible.
Please note: We can not take orders at the door, all orders need to be placed prior to collection.
What happens once you place your order online:
You will receive an automatic response saying that your order has been sent to us.
Once we have picked and packed your order, you will then receive a email from us saying that is ready.
During busy periods, orders may take longer to process, but please do not worry, as all orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
Please check your spam/junk file, as our emails might have been sent there. Also please always check your emails before you chase your order, as we do email everyone that has ordered online.
During busy periods – June through to October.
This is an extremely busy time and we endeavour to get your orders ready as quickly as possible. You may receive emails at odd times (early mornings or late at night) as we work as hard as we can to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. There maybe times that we can not take orders over the phone, so we kindly ask you to order via the website.
We also ask you not to just turn up, as we can not process orders at the door, and also you need to book an appointment in advance to have a fitting.
May we also ask you to be patient with us, we will not accept rude or abusive behaviour from anyone, and if we feel that this has occurred to any member of our staff, then we have the right to refuse service.
We can not accept any orders through Facebook, or “saving” any items, as it is a first come first served basis. Therefore payment must be received at time of order.
