We do all that we can to ensure that the product information we provide is as accurate as possible. Please note that colours of products shown on the site may vary from the products themselves as colour on-line will vary when seen on different computer screens.

Regarding Horsham Town deliveries: You will receive an email stating what day and time your order will be delivered – if you are not there to receive the delivery, and we have not received any communication from you, your order will be brought back to our office, you will then need to collect from us. This will incur the £5.00 delivery charge, which will need to be paid at time of collection.

Regarding our free delivery service – please refer to our “deliveries” section of website, which details free delivery areas, which schools we deliver to and also what areas we do not offer free delivery to.

If you change your mind about an order please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of order.

If you wish to return or exchange any items, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of order.

All items need to be returned as new, with original packaging and labels – not worn, or marked in anyway.

Sale Items
Items purchased at a sale/discounted rate are non returnable.

Fitting Appointments
If you would like a free private fitting, please call 01293 640154 or 0800 6340712 to book your appointment. We are not a “conventional shop” so if you need to try on uniform, then a fitting appointment is required. During peak season (July to September), please book prior to arriving, to avoid disappointment.

We are also unable to take any orders, via social media etc, without payment. Payment must be received at time of order on ALL orders either via website or at time of fitting appointment. During peak season (July & August) we are unable to take any orders over the telephone – please order via the website.

Zero Tolerance: We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is rude, abusive, or threatening towards any members of staff, either in correspondence or face to face.
